We trust in our products and guarantee that we maintain a no scratch, dent, cracks, or blemishes quality on them. However, because we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction, you can take advantage of our lifetime warranty if any defect should be noticed on any of our products.

Our lifetime warranty extends across all our products and remains free for a period of 30 days. You can fill out the purchase return form with the required information and send your purchase in for an exchange. If the specific ring you ordered is no longer in stock, a similar style may be exchanged.

However, note that exchanges that have exceeded the 30-day period will incur a minimal cost. Also, your purchases remain valid for our lifetime warranty as long as there’s no third-party alteration on them and they’re not engraved.
